Educators have a lot of questions about supporting multilingual learners, and many of them don’t always have a place to land. In this structured AMA (Ask Me Anything) hosted in April, we used pre-gathered questions to guide an honest, supportive conversation. We opened a low-pressure space to focus on naming common questions, building shared language, and making sense of what educators are navigating so we can problem-solve together.

Key Takeaways:

  • Validation that their questions reflect system gaps, not individual shortcomings

  • Clear responses to common questions about multilingual instruction, roles, and expectations

  • A stronger shared understanding between educators and administrators about next steps and supports
